Branches that will temporarily close:

  • South Wimbledon site – the main Lombard site will manage bookings instead.

We will continue with the following opening times:

  • Open 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
  • Open 8am to 12 noon Saturday
  • Closed SUNDAY


Our customer’s safety and wellbeing is our top priority. With continued news around coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to personally share the steps we are taking to serve and protect our customers and employees whilst also keeping customers up to date:

Social Distancing

At some sites you may have to queue outside with 2m spacing before entering the office space. This is to keep customers and staff safe within government guidelines. We are sorry for any delays this may cause, but we are working to speed up the check out process while still keeping standards high.

Office screens fitted at each site

Protective screens have been installed at each site to protect customers and staff. We will also provide hand sanitizer at each site along with other forms of PPE.


We are carefully monitoring the situation around the clock and following guidance from the World Health Organization and other health authorities.

Vehicle Cleaning

We’ve always taken seriously the cleanliness of our locations and vehicles, and we know this is more important now than ever. We are implementing additional measures to keep our locations and vehicles clean. Hand Sanitiser is provided for customer and staff use at each site. Please bring your own cleaning wipes for use within the vehicles before and after your hire.

Changing/Cancelling Bookings

We look forward to continuing to serve you during this time however we recognise some travel plans may change. We can therefore offer to move your booking to another date in the future without a charge. If you wish to cancel your booking you will be charged one third of the cost of the booking unless it is cancelled within 24 hours of the booking being made. Bookings cancelled 48hrs before the day of collection will lose full payment.

If we have to cancel your booking due to events beyond our control we will attempt to offer you an alternative vehicle or an alternative collection / delivery location or we will provide a full refund.


The wellbeing of our employees is also a top priority. We’re encouraging team members to follow health authority best practices like frequent hand washing, wearing masks near customers as well as asking them to stay home if they are feeling ill.
