New User Registration

Once you have downloaded and installed the KendallGo App, open it and follow the steps below:

1. Click the “Sign up” button to begin the application process.
2. Enter your email, click the next arrow.
3. Choose a password.
4. Review and agree to our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. You can view these by clicking on the wording and this will then take you to our web pages.
5. Then click the arrow to move on.

 

6. Next you will then be asked to verify your account.

7. Please check your emails.
8. Click on the link to verify your email

9. Once you have verified your email address, reopen the app and go click the log in button
10. Enter your email address and password.
11. Enter your phone number.
12. Enter your first and last name.

13. Select/Enter your date of birth.
14. Select your country.

15. Enter your address, including the city, full first line of your address and your full postcode

16. You now need to add a payment card. You can not set up an account without a payment card.
17. Click “Credit Card”.
18. Enter your card information and then click set up. You may need to confirm this with your banking app through 3D Secure.

 

19. If this has been set up successfully you will then receive the following message.
20. No click on the Wallet message at the bottom of the app.
21. Next you will need to complete your licence verification process – click the button below to view the instructions for the licence verification process.
