Damage Management Policy
The vehicle is provided with a damage report sheet on collection of the vehicle, this will clearly show current damage to the vehicle with either a stamp or signature detailing the damage, date and registration of the vehicle. Some branches will provide carbon copies of the damage report form that the customer can keep for reference.
Customers are entitled to take pictures on site of any damage before they leave.
Damage not shown on the report and reported after the vehicle has left the branch site is not valid.
