During your application process you would have added your card details to. You need to make sure that you have the funds in your wallet to cover the hire you want to book before you try and make your reservation as all rental payment must be made at the time of booking.
To add funds first click on your account icon.
Then click on the wallet option.
Then click on the Add Funds button.
You can then select to add either £5.00, £10.00, £15.00, £20.00 or £50,00 by selecting which amount you want and then click add.
You will then need to confirm that you are happy to proceed by clicking BUY.
The funds will then be added to your account and your balance will be updated.
