30 minutes before the end of our hire you will receive an email – Before you return your vehicle.
This email contains a link to our website and will give you very useful information about returning the vehicle
**** Your must return the vehicle within the same base area as you collect from. ****
Once you have you have returned the vehicle to within the base area and in a valid parking space. you must ensure that all windows are closed and that you have all your personal belongings.
Place the key in the key holder and make sure the fuel card is also in its correct position.
Make sure that all the doors and windows on the vehicle are closed.
In the app click the “Stop Rental” button. You will also be asked to confirm that you want to rent the rental. Click yes to confirm. Please note that if you do not want to end the rental you can click No.
To complete the end of rental process you must take a photo of the vehicle.
Please try and make this as clear as possible and include the vehicle registration. Once you have taken the photo you will then be taken to the confirmation the summary page of your booking showing you the distance, totals time and cost.
