Once you have completed the 1st stage application and driving licence verification, you will then need to provide us with further information to complete you application process.
Please note that you will not be able to make a booking through the app until this process has been completed.
- Please check your email, including your junk box for an email from go@kendallcars.com with the subject header “Next Steps for Your Kendall Go Application – Manual Verification”

- To make this as easy as possible we have made the submitting of information as easy and possible and this is all completed online. Once you have read through the email, click on the link within the email:https://www.kendallcars.com/go/verify/
- This will take you to a dedicated webpage on our website.

- Please enter you first and last name
- Your email address and confirm the email address.
- You occupation.
*** the reason we ask for your occupation is that with our insurance there are certain occupations that we are unable to insure and therefore would not be able to approve your application ***

- Next you will need to provide a licence check code. This allows us to check your licence for any point or endorsements

- Next, we would need you to submitted proof of address which can be a PDF of a photo. We understand that a lot of people only have access to this on their phones, so we do accept screenshots as proof of address if this is dated within the last 3 months.

- The last part is to answer the 4 questions that are required as part of our insurance cover

- Once you are happy that you have completed the information, click the submit button.
*** The manual verification process is handled by the Kendall Go Support team and requires real person verification so please allow up to 48hrs for this to be completed once you have submitted your information. ***

- Once you information has been reviewed, and you have passed verification you will be sent an email
In some cases, we may require further information from you, if this is the case then you will receive an email from us explaining what we need and the reason this is required.
Once your account is verified you will then be able to make your first booking.
